Branding → Maison Joanto
is a renowned restaurant in the Basque country, combining tradition and modernity in a cuisine based on local and sourced products. The aim of this new identity was to represent this bridge, this link between the past and the future, with these linked A's, a transition between generations. The restaurant is shown here as a bistronomic refuge, a shelter hidden away in the nooks and crannies of the Basque landscape, with particular attention paid to produce and quality cuisine at a contained price. The colours represent the terroir and the freshness provided by the chef's personal touch. The logo also covers the restaurant's wine cellar, with its highly specialised selection.
